So, how are high-performance and high-reliability iData products made? Now, let’s witness a series of professional and reliability performance tests for iData products.

 

Each product of iData must pass strict test in iData professional lab.

High/low Temperature Test

 

Simulate the high temperature (60℃) and low temperature (-20℃) environments where iData products are located and test the products to make sure that the products can work properly and can be maintained.

 


Free Drop Test

 

Perform free drop test on iData products from the height of 1.5m three times for six sides to test the anti-drop performance and structural rationality.
 

Roller Micro Drop Test

 

Perform micro drop test for iData products in a 1250 px roller box by rotating the products for 100 circles to test the shell durability and structural rationality.
 

 
Key Test and Plugging/unplugging Test

 

The high quality of iData products is derived from strict selection of materials. All keys and ports have passed the service life limit test.

 

Test on keys: Perform test on main keys by pressing them for 500,000 times and test on side keys by pressing them for 50,000 times.
 

 

Plugging/unplugging test: Perform the test by connecting jacks of the product to connecting pins for 5,000 times.

 


ESD Test

 

Perform ESD test for iData products. Perform contact and gap test for iData products by using a static high-voltage tester to guarantee that performance of iData products is not affected in the dry environment.
 

Shell Pressure Test

 

Press iData products by using the pressure of 20 kg. The products are not deformed and work and function properly.
 

Battery Performance Test

 

Perform comprehensive parameter test on batteries to guarantee stable battery performance.
 

 

All series of iData products must pass certification of authoritative inspection agencies at the same time.
Anechoic Chamber OTA Test

 

To make iData products have excellent wireless communication performance, we carry out OTA test in an anechoic chamber to test communication radiation receiving performance of the products.

MEC Test

 

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test includes electromagnetic disturbance test and electromagnetic immunity test. In the R&D and finalization phases, iData entrusts a leading professional testing agency in China to test its products so as to guarantee that the products have outstanding EMC performance.

 

1. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) test

 

The EMI test is used to test the impact of electromagnetic radiation generated by iData products on human body, public grid and other working electrical products.

2. Electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) test

 

EMS test can be used to test whether products can work stably in the electromagnetic environment to guarantee that iData products are free from impact in various electromagnetic environments.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Test

 

To reduce electromagnetic wave radiation to an appropriate level, the SAR test is performed for each iData product.
