If you purchase the product from an authorized iData dealer, contact the dealer and provide the serial number of the product. Your dealer will directly contact the company to arrange product repair.
The company provides the maintenance service for all its products through the service centers located in various regions. Please send the product, no matter the product is within the warranty period or not, to the iData maintenance center together with the purchase date and maintenance sheet.
If your device is still within the warranty period, tell our customer service representative in the call. We recommend you to insure the product when delivering the product for repair. Put the product in the original package, and send the product to the correct address. Ensure that the product serial number is clear and visible.
