All iData products have a certain warranty period (for details, see product manuals). The warranty service is intended for only the first end user of an iData product and cannot be transferred.
If a product is within the warranty period, return the product to Wuxi iData Technology Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) according to the repair process and the company will repair or replace the product based on the actual situation for free and ensure that the product recovers the optimal performance. If you purchase the product from an authorized iData dealer, contact the dealer and provide the serial number of the product. Your dealer will directly contact the company to arrange product repair.
The company provides the maintenance service for all its products through the service centers located in various regions. Please send the product, no matter the product is within the warranty period or not, to the iData maintenance center together with the purchase date and maintenance sheet.
Before calling the Maintenance Department, prepare the following information:
Brief description of the problem
Product serial number/Date code/Purchase date certificate
The product serial number or date code may be in different positions of the product. Before calling the Maintenance Department, ensure that the product is at hand. Our service representative will help you find the product serial number or date code.
If your device is still within the warranty period, tell our customer service representative in the call. We recommend you to insure the product when delivering the product for repair. Put the product in the original package, and send the product to the correct address. Ensure that the product serial number is clear and visible.
